The Restaurant mainly offers an originally Mediterranean cuisine. There is a broad choice of Menus: you can choose whatever you like with professional advice. All dishes are quickly served and prepared on the spot and the Chefs are particularly careful about the choice of raw ingredients
You can taste fish-based recipes prepared with careful ingredient selection.
You can also try different types of pizza amongst which there is the original "pizza caramella".

Our chef has many years' experience in the preparation of tasty dishes and an equally high passion for cuisine. We present some of the certificates and recognitions he has achieved. The last one in date order was the Aquila di Calimala that reflects such an intense working life that it actually contributed to the development of the Country.
